Buddhist Association offers free camp to international youth

Seoul, South Korea -- The Jogye Order, South Korea's largest Buddhist organization, is offering a free two-day camp to foreign students and other visitors in January.

The camp, which will be run by the order's International Dharma Instructors Association, offers Buddhist cultural experiences and recreational activities.

Activities include lotus lantern making, a talent contest, a demonstration of traditional Korean paper arts and a session on Buddhist chants and ceremonies.

The camp will take place at the Gilsang Temple in northern Seoul from Jan. 14 to 15.
