Judge what is said at the forum

by Anu, The Buddhist Channel, April 17, 2006

Your previous headline said "Chinese Buddhism gathering is propaganda". So it may be. But let's not be naive and pretend that so-called free countries do not use Buddhist leaders as propaganda tools as and when it suits them.

I would much rather be informed about what's been said by Buddhists at the forum than judgement of the forum.

I think that we should welcome harmony and an awareness of the mind. It may, in this instance, make the authorities look good. So what? It opens a door for millions of people.

Just seeing things as they are from my perspective. Seeing through the barrier is seeing through one's own prejudices. No them and us.
